Vice President Big Data Sales EMEA, SAP
I have been surprised to see the number of people here, it's very impressive I must say and also people are very open, very keen to understand stuff. I must say the questions in general were very relevant, very accurate and they pointed out the real challenges around Big Data. I'm very surprised and very happy to be here.
Director Technical Affiars Department, Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation - Kahramaa
The first impression I got when I attended this conference I see very good participation from world-wide. Really I didn't expect this level of attendance, so thank you to the organizer and all the people that worked towards the success of this event. The most interesting thing that I saw is that there is all types of equipment not only solar cells, but all supporting equipment from cables, invertors and all other equipment associated with solar plants. It is very good to see this it for the first time in Qatar and this also shows how seriously Qatar is taking this. And this feeling is translated to companies that Qatar is serious about this, and they are here. Hopefully within a couple of years we'll see a good amount of solar energy produced from Qatar.

It's bigger and better than ever; I'm very, very happy. We've got exception delegates from the major stakeholders, the major specifiers, all our consultants; we've got the best of industry supporting it.
Executive Director of Futures and Best Practice, Future Cities Catapult (London)
It's a very well organized summit. I'm enjoying being here, it's my first time in Doha actually, so it's good to come here and have this as my first experience. There have been a lot of good conversations some good exchanges already; I've got a pocket full of business cards and lots of opportunities to follow up afterwards.
Secretary General, ITS Arab
I was really, really impressed by the amount of companies involved here. I can see that there is an amazing need and market in the region. I was really amazed by the attendance, at least 400 people, if not 500.
